The HOXD10 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB7686) offered by Assay Genie is a powerful tool for researchers studying the HOXD10 gene, a key regulator of developmental processes and cell differentiation. This antibody, raised in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blotting.HOXD10, a member of the homeobox gene family, plays a crucial role in patterning and morphogenesis during embryonic development. Dysregulation of HOXD10 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders.
By targeting the HOXD10 protein, researchers can investigate its expression levels and localization in different cell types, providing valuable insights into its function and involvement in disease pathways.Utilizing the HOXD10 Polyclonal Antibody in experiments can lead to a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms controlled by HOXD10, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions targeting this gene in diseases such as cancer and congenital abnormalities. Add this reliable antibody to your research arsenal and unravel the mysteries of HOXD10 biology.

This gene is a member of the Abd-B homeobox family and encodes a protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain. It is included in a cluster of homeobox D genes located on chromosome 2. The encoded nuclear protein functions as a sequence-specific transcription factor that is expressed in the developing limb buds and is involved in differentiation and limb development. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Wilm's tumor and congenital vertical talus (also known as "rocker-bottom foot" deformity or congenital convex pes valgus) and/or a foot deformity resembling that seen in Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.
