The HOXA11 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB2976) is a vital tool for researchers studying the HOXA11 protein, a key transcription factor involved in embryonic development and cellular differentiation. This antibody, raised in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. It specifically binds to the HOXA11 protein, allowing for accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types.HOXA11 plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression during development, making it a focus of interest in studies related to embryogenesis, tissue regeneration, and cancer biology.
By targeting HOXA11, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these processes and potentially uncover new therapeutic targets for a range of diseases.Overall, the HOXA11 Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for investigating the functions and regulatory networks involving HOXA11, paving the way for advancements in developmental biology, regenerative medicine, and cancer research.

In vertebrates, the genes encoding the class of transcription factors called homeobox genes are found in clusters named A, B, C, and D on four separate chromosomes. Expression of these proteins is spatially and temporally regulated during embryonic development. This gene is part of the A cluster on chromosome 7 and encodes a DNA-binding transcription factor which may regulate gene expression, morphogenesis, and differentiation. This gene is involved in the regulation of uterine development and is required for female fertility. Mutations in this gene can cause radio-ulnar synostosis with amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia.
