The HNRNPA1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB12446) is a valuable tool for researchers studying HNRNPA1, a nucleocytoplasmic shuttling protein involved in various cellular processes such as mRNA processing and transport. This antibody is raised in rabbits and has been validated for use in Western blot applications, providing researchers with a reliable tool for detecting and analyzing HNRNPA1 in human samples.HNRNPA1, also known as heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression and is implicated in a wide range of diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
By targeting HNRNPA1, researchers can gain valuable insights into its role in disease pathogenesis and potentially develop targeted therapies for these conditions. With its high reactivity and specificity for HNRNPA1, the CAB12446 antibody is an essential resource for researchers investigating the functions and mechanisms of this important protein. Its use can contribute to advancing our understanding of disease processes and ultimately lead to the development of novel therapeutic interventions.

hnRNP A1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB12446
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-140 of human hnRNP A1 (NP_002127.1).
This gene encodes a member of a family of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs), which are RNA-binding proteins that associate with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and influence pre-mRNA processing, as well as other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. The protein encoded by this gene is one of the most abundant core proteins of hnRNP complexes and plays a key role in the regulation of alternative splicing. Mutations in this gene have been observed in individuals with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis 20. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found. There are numerous pseudogenes of this gene distributed throughout the genome.
