The HNRNPA0 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6029) is a valuable tool for researchers studying HNRNPA0, a key protein involved in RNA processing and gene expression regulation. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the HNRNPA0 protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in various cell types, making it an essential resource for studies in molecular biology and cancer research.HNRNPA0 is known for its role in alternative splicing and mRNA stability, making it a crucial player in the intricate process of gene regulation.
Dysregulation of HNRNPA0 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting the importance of studying its functions. By using the HNRNPA0 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for intervention.

This gene belongs to the A/B subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleic acid binding properties. The protein encoded by this gene has two repeats of quasi-RRM domains that bind RNAs, followed by a glycine-rich C-terminus.
