The Anti-HLTF Antibody (CAB5068) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the HLTF protein, which plays a key role in DNA damage repair and regulation of gene expression. This polyclonal antibody, generated in rabbits, has high specificity for HLTF and has been validated for use in various experimental applications, including Western blotting. By targeting the HLTF protein, researchers can investigate its function in DNA repair mechanisms and its potential implications in diseases such as cancer and genomic instability.
This antibody is essential for studies aiming to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying DNA damage response and gene regulation, making it a valuable asset in molecular biology and cancer research.

A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 900-1009 of human HLTF (Q14527).
This gene encodes a member of the SWI/SNF family. Members of this family have helicase and ATPase activities and are thought to regulate transcription of certain genes by altering the chromatin structure around those genes. The encoded protein contains a RING finger DNA binding motif. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. However, use of an alternative translation start site produces an isoform that is truncated at the N-terminus compared to the full-length protein.
