Description
Histone H1t Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (CAB18496)
The Histone H1t Polyclonal Antibody (CAB18496) is a valuable tool for researchers studying histone proteins and their role in chromatin structure and gene regulation. This rabbit polyclonal antibody is highly specific to Histone H1t and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.Histone H1t is a subtype of histone H1, a protein involved in the packaging of DNA into chromatin. Histone H1t is specifically expressed during spermatogenesis and is known to play a role in the organization of DNA in developing sperm cells. Research on Histone H1t is important for understanding the intricate mechanisms involved in chromatin dynamics and gene expression regulation during spermatogenesis.
This Histone H1t Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for studying Histone H1t expression patterns in various biological samples, providing researchers with the ability to analyze and quantify the levels of Histone H1t in different cell types and tissues. Its specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal primary antibody for investigating the function and regulation of Histone H1t in developmental biology and reproductive health research.

Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Two molecules of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which approximately 146 bp of DNA is wrapped in repeating units, called nucleosomes. The linker histone, H1, interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes and functions in the compaction of chromatin into higher order structures. This gene is intronless and encodes a replication-dependent histone that is a member of the histone H1 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails but instead contain a palindromic termination element. This gene is found in the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6.
