The Hist3H3 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB2352) is specifically designed for research involving Hist3H3, a histone protein that plays a crucial role in gene regulation and chromatin structure. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the Hist3H3 protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in various cell types, making it an ideal tool for studies in epigenetics and cancer research.Hist3H3 is a key player in the epigenetic regulation of gene expression, influencing important biological processes such as DNA replication, DNA repair, and transcriptional activation. Dysregulation of Hist3H3 has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, developmental disorders, and neurological conditions.
Investigating the function of Hist3H3 is essential for unraveling the complexities of epigenetic mechanisms and developing targeted therapies for diseases associated with aberrant histone modifications. With its high specificity and sensitivity, the Hist3H3 Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable tool for exploring the intricate role of Hist3H3 in gene regulation and chromatin remodeling. By understanding the molecular pathways involving Hist3H3, scientists can gain valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potentially identify novel therapeutic targets for improving human health.

Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Nucleosomes consist of approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a histone octamer composed of pairs of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4). The chromatin fiber is further compacted through the interaction of a linker histone, H1, with the DNA between the nucleosomes to form higher order chromatin structures. This gene is intronless and encodes a replication-dependent histone that is a member of the histone H3 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails; instead, they contain a palindromic termination element. This gene is located separately from the other H3 genes that are in the histone gene cluster on chromosome 6p22-p21.3.
