The HIRIP3 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB7014) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the HIRIP3 protein, which is essential in various cellular processes including RNA processing and gene expression regulation. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in applications such as Western blot and immunohistochemistry.HIRIP3, also known as HIRA-interacting protein 3, is involved in chromatin remodeling and plays a critical role in maintaining genomic stability. Dysregulation of HIRIP3 has been linked to various diseases including cancer and developmental disorders.
By using the HIRIP3 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can study the expression and localization of HIRIP3 in different cell types and tissues, providing valuable insights into its function and potential therapeutic targets. With its high specificity and sensitivity, the HIRIP3 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers interested in exploring the role of HIRIP3 in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Its reliability and versatility make it a valuable asset in studies related to cancer biology, developmental biology, and epigenetics.

The HIRA protein shares sequence similarity with Hir1p and Hir2p, the two corepressors of histone gene transcription characterized in the yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The structural features of the HIRA protein suggest that it may function as part of a multiprotein complex. Several cDNAs encoding HIRA-interacting proteins, or HIRIPs, have been identified. In vitro, the protein encoded by this gene binds HIRA, as well as H2B and H3 core histones, indicating that a complex containing HIRA-HIRIP3 could function in some aspects of chromatin and histone metabolism. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.
