The HIF1beta-ARNT Polyclonal Antibody (CAB16990) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the HIF1beta-ARNT complex, a key regulator of cellular responses to hypoxia. This rabbit polyclonal antibody is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications. The HIF1beta-ARNT complex plays a critical role in oxygen sensing and response pathways, influencing gene expression and cellular adaptation to low oxygen conditions. By targeting the HIF1beta-ARNT complex, researchers can gain valuable insights into how cells respond to hypoxic environments, making this antibody a valuable asset in studies of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other hypoxia-related conditions.
With its high specificity and reactivity, the HIF1beta-ARNT Polyclonal Antibody (CAB16990) enables accurate detection and analysis of the HIF1beta-ARNT complex in various cell types, allowing researchers to deepen their understanding of hypoxia signaling pathways and potentially identify new targets for therapeutic intervention. For researchers seeking to unravel the complexities of cellular responses to low oxygen levels, this antibody is an essential tool in the quest for new insights and discoveries.
Product Name:
HIF1β/ARNT Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB16990
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 465-570 of human HIF1β/ARNT (NP_001659.1).
This gene encodes a protein containing a basic helix-loop-helix domain and two characteristic PAS domains along with a PAC domain. The encoded protein binds to ligand-bound aryl hydrocarbon receptor and aids in the movement of this complex to the nucleus, where it promotes the expression of genes involved in xenobiotic metabolism. This protein is also a co-factor for transcriptional regulation by hypoxia-inducible factor 1. Chromosomal translocation of this locus with the ETV6 (ets variant 6) gene on chromosome 12 have been described in leukemias. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
