The GTF3C5 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO57596) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the transcription factor GTF3C5, which plays a crucial role in RNA polymerase III transcription. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and reactivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications.GTF3C5 is essential for the initiation of transcription of genes encoding small structural RNAs, such as tRNAs and 5S rRNA. Dysregulation of RNA polymerase III transcription has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting the importance of studying the role of GTF3C5 in these contexts.
By utilizing the GTF3C5 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can investigate the expression levels and localization of GTF3C5 in different cell types and tissues, providing valuable insights into its function and potential implications in disease. This antibody is a valuable tool for advancing our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying RNA polymerase III transcription and its role in health and disease.

IHC image of PACO57596 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human brain tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
