The GRIM19 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB3782) is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying the GRIM19 protein, which plays a crucial role in regulating cellular functions related to mitochondrial metabolism and apoptosis. This antibody, generated using rabbit monoclonal technology, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity in detecting GRIM19 in various types of samples, particularly human tissues.GRIM19, also known as Gene associated with Retinoid-Interferon-induced Mortality 19, is a key player in the intricate network of cellular pathways that control cell death and survival. Dysregulation of GRIM19 has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
By targeting GRIM19 with this specific antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these pathological conditions and potentially develop new therapeutic strategies. The GRIM19 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB3782) is validated for use in techniques such as immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, providing researchers with a versatile tool for visualizing the localization and expression levels of GRIM19 within cells and tissues. Its high affinity and reliability make it an indispensable asset for studies focusing on mitochondrial dysfunction, apoptosis regulation, and disease pathogenesis.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-144 of human NDUFA13/GRIM19 (Q9P0J0) (NP_057049.5)
This gene encodes a subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), which functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The protein is required for complex I assembly and electron transfer activity. The protein binds the signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 (STAT3) transcription factor, and can function as a tumor suppressor. The human protein purified from mitochondria migrates at approximately 16 kDa. Transcripts originating from an upstream promoter and capable of expressing a protein with a longer N-terminus have been found, but their biological validity has not been determined.
