The Goat Caveolin-1 (CAV1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of caveolin-1 levels in goat samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers outstanding sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for various research purposes.Caveolin-1 is a vital protein that plays a crucial role in cell signaling, membrane organization, and vesicular trafficking. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and metabolic syndromes.
Therefore, measuring caveolin-1 levels is essential for understanding the pathophysiology of these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Goat Caveolin-1 (CAV1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying caveolin-1 biology and its implications in different disease states. Its high performance and reliability make it a preferred choice for accurate quantification of caveolin-1 levels in goat samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
