The GLIPR2 Polyclonal Antibody (PAC041626) is a valuable tool for researchers studying GLIPR2, a protein involved in immune regulation and cancer progression. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the GLIPR2 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of GLIPR2 in various cell types, making it an essential component for investigations in immunology and oncology research.GLIPR2, also known as Glioma Pathogenesis-Related Protein 2, is a key player in regulating immune responses and has been implicated in the development and progression of various cancers.
Understanding the role of GLIPR2 in these processes is crucial for developing targeted therapies for cancer and other diseases characterized by dysregulated immune responses. The GLIPR2 Polyclonal Antibody provides researchers with a reliable tool to study the function of GLIPR2 and its potential as a therapeutic target.

IHC image of PACO41626 diluted at 1:600 and staining in paraffin-embedded human prostate tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
