The GenieFluor Violet 450 Anti-Mouse CD45.1 Antibody (A20) is a highly specific antibody designed for precise detection of the CD45.1 antigen in mouse samples. With its exceptional reactivity and selectivity, this antibody is ideal for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications, enabling researchers to accurately identify and analyze CD45.1-positive cells in various experimental settings. The CD45.1 antigen, a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family, is a key marker for mouse hematopoietic cells, playing a critical role in immune cell development and function. By targeting CD45.1 with high affinity and specificity, this antibody allows for detailed characterization of immune cell populations in research areas such as immunology, hematopoiesis, and inflammation.
Its reliable performance and consistent results make it a valuable tool for understanding the dynamics of immune responses and investigating immune-related diseases in mouse models.Overall, the GenieFluor Violet 450 Anti-Mouse CD45.1 Antibody (A20) offers researchers a powerful solution for studying immune cell populations and unraveling the complexities of the immune system in mouse models. Its superior performance, combined with its ease of use and robust validation, make it a must-have reagent for immunology and cell biology research projects.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45.1 is an alloantigen of CD45, expressed by Ly5.1 bearing mouse strains (e.g., RIII, SJL/J, STS/A, DA). CD45, a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are multiple isoforms in mice that play key roles in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation states of the cell as well as specific cell types. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
