GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1) Antibody [RB6-8C5]
The GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C (GR-1) Antibody (RB6-8C5) [AGEL2988] is a powerful tool for researchers studying immune cell populations in mice. This monoclonal antibody specifically targets Ly-6G and Ly-6C, also known as GR-1, providing detailed insights into the distribution and function of these markers in various experimental settings.Ly-6G and Ly-6C are widely used surface markers for identifying and characterizing myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and granulocytes in mouse models. The RB6-8C5 antibody, conjugated to the GenieFluor Red 780 fluorophore, offers high sensitivity and specificity for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. Its reliable performance and excellent signal-to-noise ratio make it a valuable tool for investigating immune cell dynamics and responses in diverse research areas, including immunology, inflammation, infection, and cancer.
With this antibody, researchers can delve deeper into the roles of Ly-6G and Ly-6C in immune regulation, inflammation, and disease progression. By accurately detecting and quantifying these critical markers, scientists can enhance their understanding of immune cell populations and pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies targeting MDSCs and granulocytes. Unlock the potential of your mouse model studies with the GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C (GR-1) Antibody (RB6-8C5) [AGEL2988] from Assay Genie.

Background:
Gr-1 is a 21-25 kD protein also known as Ly-6G/Ly-6C. This myeloid differentiation antigen is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein expressed on granulocytes and macrophages. In bone marrow, the expression levels of Gr-1 directly correlate with granulocyte differentiation and maturation; Gr-1 is also transiently expressed on bone marrow cells in the monocyte lineage. Immature Myeloid Gr-1+ cells play a role in the development of antitumor immunity.
