GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody [30-F11]
The GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody (30-F11) is an essential tool for researchers studying immune cell populations in mice. This antibody is specifically designed to target CD45, a key cell surface marker expressed on all leukocytes derived from the hematopoietic system. With a high affinity and specificity for mouse CD45, this antibody is ideal for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications, enabling accurate identification and analysis of different immune cell subsets. The GenieFluor Red 780 conjugated to this antibody provides strong signal intensity and minimal background noise, allowing for precise and reliable detection in experimental samples.
By targeting CD45, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response and immune cell functions in various biological and disease contexts. Whether investigating immune cell activation, differentiation, or migration, the GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody (30-F11) offers a powerful tool to advance research in immunology, oncology, and other related fields.

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
