The GenieFluor 647 Anti-Mouse CD23 Antibody (B3B4) is a cutting-edge tool designed for researchers working with mouse models to investigate the CD23 cell surface molecule. CD23, also known as Fc epsilon RII, is a membrane-bound C-type lectin involved in regulating IgE production and immune responses. This antibody, specifically engineered for mouse samples, is meticulously validated for use in a variety of applications including flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. Its high specificity and sensitivity allow for accurate detection and visualization of CD23 in different cell types and tissues.
By targeting the CD23 protein, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying immune responses, allergy regulation, and potential therapeutic targets for conditions such as asthma and allergic diseases. The GenieFluor 647 Anti-Mouse CD23 Antibody (B3B4) is a powerful tool for advancing immunology research and expanding our understanding of immune regulation in mouse models.

Background:
CD23 is a 45 kD protein also known as low affinity IgE Fc receptor, FcεRII, BLAST-2, Ly-42, or B6. It is a member of the Ig family, expressed on conventional B (but not B-1) cells and follicular dendritic cells. CD23 responds to high levels of IgE by downregulating IgE secretion.
