This high-quality antibody, specifically engineered for robust performance in human samples, is validated for a wide range of applications, including flow cytometry and immunofluorescence.CD19 is a key molecule expressed on B lymphocytes, playing a crucial role in various immune responses, particularly in the context of B cell development, activation, and differentiation. The GenieFluor 647 Anti-Human CD19 Antibody enables precise targeting and visualization of CD19, facilitating detailed analysis of B cell populations in research areas such as immunology, oncology, and hematological disorders.
With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this antibody is an essential tool for researchers seeking to delve deeper into the role of CD19 in health and disease. Whether investigating B cell function in immune responses or exploring potential therapeutic targets for conditions like leukemia and autoimmune disorders, the GenieFluor 647 Anti-Human CD19 Antibody offers unparalleled performance and reliability for advanced research applications.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD19 is a 95 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on B-cells (from pro-B to blastoid B cells, absent on plasma cells) and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. CD19 forms a complex with CD21 (CR2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and functions as a BCR co-receptor.
