The GenieFluor 488 Anti-Mouse CD23 Antibody (B3B4) is a powerful tool for research involving the CD23 protein, a key cell surface molecule involved in immune responses and B-cell activation. This antibody, specifically designed for use in mouse samples, is raised using advanced techniques for high specificity and sensitivity in various applications.CD23, also known as FcεRII, is an important receptor expressed on B cells and has been linked to immunoglobulin E (IgE) regulation and allergic responses. The GenieFluor 488 Anti-Mouse CD23 Antibody (B3B4) binds specifically to the CD23 protein, enabling precise detection and analysis in different experimental settings.
This makes it an excellent choice for researchers investigating immune system dynamics, B-cell function, and antibody responses in the context of allergies, autoimmune diseases, and other immune-related disorders.By using this antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of CD23 in immune modulation and potential therapeutic targets for treating immune-related conditions. Its high specificity and reactivity with mouse samples make it a reliable tool for immunology research, aiding in the advancement of our understanding of immune system function and related diseases.

Background:
CD23 is a 45 kD protein also known as low affinity IgE Fc receptor, FcεRII, BLAST-2, Ly-42, or B6. It is a member of the Ig family, expressed on conventional B (but not B-1) cells and follicular dendritic cells. CD23 responds to high levels of IgE by downregulating IgE secretion.
