The Human Vitamin K1 (VK1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of Vitamin K1 levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants from human samples. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for various research applications.Vitamin K1, also known as phylloquinone, is a crucial nutrient that plays a key role in blood clotting and bone health. Deficiencies in Vitamin K1 have been linked to an increased risk of bleeding disorders and bone fractures.
By measuring Vitamin K1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the nutrient status of individuals and potential health implications. This ELISA kit is a valuable tool for studying Vitamin K1 metabolism, assessing dietary intake, and investigating the impact of Vitamin K1 on different health conditions. Its user-friendly format and reliable performance make it a convenient choice for researchers looking to explore the role of Vitamin K1 in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
