The General Thromboxane A2 (TXA2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate and sensitive detection of thromboxane A2 levels in various biological samples. This kit is designed for use with samples such as serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates, providing researchers with reliable and reproducible results.Thromboxane A2 is a critical mediator of platelet aggregation, vasoconstriction, and inflammation, making it a key player in the pathogenesis of various cardiovascular diseases. By accurately measuring thromboxane A2 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and explore potential therapeutic interventions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the General Thromboxane A2 (TXA2) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying thromboxane A2 biology and its role in disease pathology. Its ease of use and robust performance make it an ideal choice for a wide range of research applications in the fields of cardiovascular biology, inflammation, and drug development.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
Step
