The General Glutathione (GSH) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is specifically designed for the accurate detection of glutathione levels in a variety of samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.Glutathione (GSH) is a crucial antioxidant that plays a key role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and maintaining cellular redox balance. It is involved in various physiological processes and is essential for overall health.
Dysregulation of glutathione levels has been linked to a variety of diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic conditions.By accurately measuring glutathione levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this important antioxidant in disease pathology and potentially develop novel therapeutic strategies. The General Glutathione (GSH) ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for studying glutathione biology and its implications in various disease states.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
Step
