The General Androsterone (ADT) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of androsterone levels in various biological samples such as serum, plasma, and urine. This kit offers superior sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a wide range of research applications.Androsterone is a steroid hormone that plays a pivotal role in regulating various physiological processes in the body, including the development of male secondary sexual characteristics, mood regulation, and metabolism. Imbalances in androsterone levels have been associated with conditions such as hormonal disorders, infertility, and adrenal gland dysfunction, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the General Androsterone (ADT) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers and clinicians looking to investigate the role of androsterone in various health conditions and explore its potential as a target for therapeutic development.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
Step
