The FOX-P1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB12685) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the FOX-P1 protein, a transcription factor that plays a key role in various biological processes, including development, cell differentiation, and immune response. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.FOX-P1 is known to regulate gene expression and has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. By binding to the FOX-P1 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of FOX-P1 levels in different cell types, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications in immunology and cancer biology.
Understanding the function of FOX-P1 is essential for unraveling its role in disease development and progression. By using the FOX-P1 Polyclonal Antibody in experiments, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for treatment.

This gene belongs to subfamily P of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family. Forkhead box transcription factors play important roles in the regulation of tissue- and cell type-specific gene transcription during both development and adulthood. Forkhead box P1 protein contains both DNA-binding- and protein-protein binding-domains. This gene may act as a tumor suppressor as it is lost in several tumor types and maps to a chromosomal region (3p14.1) reported to contain a tumor suppressor gene(s). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
