The FLI1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB5644) is a valuable tool for research involving FLI1, a transcription factor known for its role in regulating the development and function of blood cells, particularly in hematopoiesis and vascular development. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and is validated for use in various applications including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.FLI1, also known as Friend leukemia integration 1 transcription factor, is a key player in the regulation of genes involved in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, including leukemia and solid tumors.
By targeting FLI1 with this antibody, researchers can gain insights into its function and potential therapeutic implications in cancer and other hematological disorders. The FLI1 Polyclonal Antibody provides researchers with a reliable tool to detect and analyze FLI1 expression in different cell types and tissues, making it ideal for studies in oncology, hematology, and developmental biology. Understanding the role of FLI1 in normal physiology and disease pathogenesis is essential for the development of targeted therapies and personalized medicine approaches.

This gene encodes a transcription factor containing an ETS DNA-binding domain. The gene can undergo a t(11;22)(q24;q12) translocation with the Ewing sarcoma gene on chromosome 22, which results in a fusion gene that is present in the majority of Ewing sarcoma cases. An acute lymphoblastic leukemia-associated t(4;11)(q21;q23) translocation involving this gene has also been identified. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
