GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Human CD64 Antibody [10.1]
The GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Human CD64 Antibody (10:1) offered by Assay Genie is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying the CD64 protein, a key cell surface receptor involved in immune responses and inflammation in humans. This highly specific antibody is optimized for use in various experimental techniques such as flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry.CD64, also known as Fc-gamma receptor 1, plays a pivotal role in mediating the immune response by binding to the Fc portion of immunoglobulins. Its expression is primarily found on monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells, highlighting its importance in the regulation of immune functions. The GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Human CD64 Antibody (10:1) facilitates the detection and visualization of CD64 in different cell types, offering researchers a powerful tool to explore its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes.
With its exceptional specificity and sensitivity, this antibody is a valuable asset for investigations in immunology, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions. By elucidating the role of CD64 in immune signaling pathways, researchers can gain deeper insights into immune system function and potentially uncover novel therapeutic targets for diseases related to immune dysregulation. Unlock the potential of your research with the GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Human CD64 Antibody (10:1) from Assay Genie.

Background:
CD64 is a 72 kD single chain type I glycoprotein also known as FcγRI and FcR I. CD64 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and activated granulocytes. The expression can be upregulated by IFN-γ stimulation. CD64 binds IgG immune complex. It plays a role in antigen capture, phagocytosis of IgG/antigen complexes, and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
