The FAM24B Polyclonal Antibody (PAC064227) is a vital tool for researchers studying FAM24B, a protein involved in cellular processes and immune function. This antibody, derived from rabbit sources, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is specifically validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the FAM24B protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an excellent choice for studies in immunology and cancer research.
FAM24B, also referred to as an immune modulatory protein, plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses and maintaining immune system balance. Its involvement in immune function suggests its potential as a valuable target for investigations into various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Understanding the functions of FAM24B is essential for the development of treatments that can manipulate immune responses in these disease contexts.

IHC image of PACO64227 diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human testis tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
