The FABP9 Antibody (PAC063779) is a highly specific and sensitive tool for researchers studying FABP9, a member of the fatty acid-binding protein family involved in lipid metabolism and intracellular transport. This polyclonal antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits strong reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in a variety of applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.FABP9, also known as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ), plays a crucial role in regulating lipid homeostasis and metabolic processes. Dysregulation of FABP9 has been implicated in various diseases, including obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders.
Targeting FABP9 holds promise for developing therapeutic interventions to mitigate these conditions and improve patient outcomes. The FABP9 Antibody offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating the function and expression of FABP9 in different cell types and tissues. By enabling precise detection and analysis of FABP9 protein levels, this antibody facilitates research in metabolic disorders, lipid metabolism, and related fields. Unlocking the biological roles of FABP9 may lead to new insights and potential targets for therapeutic interventions in metabolic diseases and beyond.

Immunofluorescence staining of PC-3 cells with PACO63779 at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
