The F8A1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB14806) is a valuable tool for researchers studying F8A1, a protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in cell proliferation and differentiation. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for F8A1 in human samples, making it ideal for Western blot experiments. By binding to F8A1, the antibody enables researchers to detect and analyze the protein in different cell types, offering insights into its role in development, cell signaling, and disease pathology.
F8A1, also known as a key regulator of cell growth, is implicated in various diseases including cancer and developmental disorders. Its function in controlling cell behavior and response to external stimuli makes it a promising target for investigating tumorigenesis and therapeutic interventions. By understanding the biology of F8A1, researchers can develop new strategies for diagnosing and treating conditions where dysregulation of this protein is involved.
Product Name:
F8A1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB14806
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200-300 of human F8A1 (NP_036283.2).
This gene is contained entirely within intron 22 of the factor VIII gene; spans less than 2 kb, and is transcribed in the direction opposite of factor VIII. A portion of intron 22 (int22h), containing F8A, is repeated twice extragenically closer to the Xq telomere. Although its function is unknown, the observation that this gene is conserved in the mouse implies it has some function. Unlike factor VIII, this gene is transcribed abundantly in a wide variety of cell types.
