The EXOC8 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO63651) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the EXOC8 protein, a key component of the exocyst complex involved in vesicle trafficking and secretion processes. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for EXOC8 in human samples and has been validated for use in Western blotting applications.EXOC8 is essential for the regulation of polarized exocytosis, a critical process in many cellular functions including cell division, growth, and migration. Dysregulation of EXOC8 has been linked to various diseases, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions.
By using the EXOC8 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can accurately detect and analyze EXOC8 expression in different cell types, facilitating investigations into the role of this protein in cellular functions and disease development. Overall, the EXOC8 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers interested in understanding the role of the exocyst complex and vesicle trafficking in cell biology and disease pathology.

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with PACO63651 at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
