Equine Tissue Inhibitors Of Metalloproteinase 2 (TIMP2) ELISA Kit
The Equine TIMP-2 (Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase 2) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of TIMP-2 levels in equine tissue samples. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for researchers studying the role of TIMP-2 in various biological processes.TIMP-2 is a key regulator of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), involved in tissue remodeling and extracellular matrix degradation.
Dysregulation of TIMP-2 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, arthritis, and cardiovascular conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease mechanisms and developing targeted therapies. The Equine TIMP-2 ELISA Kit offers a simple and efficient method for measuring TIMP-2 levels in equine samples, aiding researchers in advancing their understanding of TIMP-2 biology and its potential implications in equine health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
