DHX9/RNA Helicase A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (CAB17955)
The DHX9 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB17955) is a valuable tool for researchers studying DHX9, a key protein involved in RNA metabolism and DNA repair processes. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it an ideal choice for Western blot applications.DHX9, also known as RNA helicase A, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes such as RNA splicing, translation, and RNA decay. It is also involved in DNA repair through interaction with DNA damage response proteins. By targeting DHX9 with this antibody, researchers can investigate its function in different cell types and pathways, providing insights into its role in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
Understanding the functions and regulation of DHX9 is essential for developing targeted therapies that could potentially impact the treatment of diseases where DHX9 dysregulation plays a significant role. With the DHX9 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers have a powerful tool to advance their studies in molecular biology, cancer research, and beyond.

This gene encodes a member of the DEAH-containing family of RNA helicases. The encoded protein is an enzyme that catalyzes the ATP-dependent unwinding of double-stranded RNA and DNA-RNA complexes. This protein localizes to both the nucleus and the cytoplasm and functions as a transcriptional regulator. This protein may also be involved in the expression and nuclear export of retroviral RNAs. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 11 and 13.
