The DHRsx Polyclonal Antibody (PACO38542) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the DHRsx protein, which is known for its involvement in diverse signaling pathways related to cell growth and differentiation. This antibody, produced in rabbits, demonstrates high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.DHRsx is a key player in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cytoskeletal rearrangement. Its dysregulation has been linked to a number of diseases, making it a target of interest in cancer and developmental biology research.
By binding specifically to DHRsx, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of this protein in a range of cell types, enabling in-depth investigations in the fields of cell biology and signal transduction. With its ability to facilitate the study of DHRsx in both normal and pathological conditions, the DHRsx Polyclonal Antibody is an invaluable resource for scientists seeking to unravel the complexities of cellular signaling and potential therapeutic targets.
Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human adrenal gland tissue using PACO38542 at dilution of 1:100.
Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with PACO38542 at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
