The DAZAP2 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB14266) is a valuable tool for researchers studying DAZAP2, a protein involved in RNA processing and regulation of gene expression. This antibody is raised in rabbits and is highly reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the DAZAP2 protein, this antibody allows for accurate detection and analysis in various cell types.DAZAP2 is known to play a role in cell growth, differentiation, and survival, making it an intriguing target for research in developmental biology, cancer biology, and RNA biology.
By investigating the function and localization of DAZAP2, researchers can gain insights into its potential implications in diseases such as cancer and neurological disorders. The DAZAP2 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for exploring the function and regulation of this important protein in various biological contexts.
Product Name:
DAZAP2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CAB14266
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-168 of human DAZAP2 (NP_055579.1).
This gene encodes a proline-rich protein which interacts with the deleted in azoospermia (DAZ) and the deleted in azoospermia-like gene through the DAZ-like repeats. This protein also interacts with the transforming growth factor-beta signaling molecule SARA (Smad anchor for receptor activation), eukaryotic initiation factor 4G, and an E3 ubiquitinase that regulates its stability in splicing factor containing nuclear speckles. The encoded protein may function in various biological and pathological processes including spermatogenesis, cell signaling and transcription regulation, formation of stress granules during translation arrest, RNA splicing, and pathogenesis of multiple myeloma. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
