Description
CTIP2/BCL11B Polyclonal Antibody (CAB21767)
The CTIP2/BCL11B Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable research tool for studying the CTIP2/BCL11B protein, which plays a crucial role in immune regulation and DNA binding. This antibody is produced in rabbits and is highly reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the CTIP2/BCL11B protein, researchers can easily detect and analyze this important molecule in various cell types.CTIP2/BCL11B, also known as B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11B, is involved in the regulation of gene expression and cell differentiation, making it a key player in both normal and disease states.
Its functions in immune response modulation and DNA binding suggest its potential role in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and developmental abnormalities.Studying the activity and expression patterns of CTIP2/BCL11B is essential for understanding its role in various biological processes and disease pathways. The CTIP2/BCL11B Polyclonal Antibody provides researchers with a reliable tool to investigate the functions of this protein and its implications in immunology and cancer research.

This gene encodes a C2H2-type zinc finger protein and is closely related to BCL11A, a gene whose translocation may be associated with B-cell malignancies. Although the specific function of this gene has not been determined, the encoded protein is known to be a transcriptional repressor, and is regulated by the NURD nucleosome remodeling and histone deacetylase complex. Four alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.
