The CSRP2BP Polyclonal Antibody (CAB7380) is specifically designed for research involving CSRP2BP, a protein that plays a role in cell adhesion and cytoskeleton organization. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the CSRP2BP protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of CSRP2BP in various cell types, making it a valuable tool for studies in cell biology and cancer research.CSRP2BP, also known as cysteine and glycine-rich protein 2 binding protein, is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and migration, making it a potentially important target for understanding cancer metastasis and tumor progression.
Research on the function and regulation of CSRP2BP can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying cancer development and offer potential therapeutic strategies for combating this disease.By using the CSRP2BP Polyclonal Antibody (CAB7380), researchers can further elucidate the role of CSRP2BP in cellular processes and gain a deeper understanding of its implications in cancer biology. This antibody is a valuable tool for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression and may lead to the development of novel targeted therapies for treating various types of cancer.

CSRP2 is a protein containing two LIM domains, which are double zinc finger motifs found in proteins of diverse function. CSRP2 and some related proteins are thought to act as protein adapters, bridging two or more proteins to form a larger protein complex. The protein encoded by this gene binds to one of the LIM domains of CSRP2 and contains an acetyltransferase domain. Although the encoded protein has been detected in the cytoplasm, it is predominantly a nuclear protein. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
