The CRK Polyclonal Antibody (CAB1604) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the CRK protein, a key player in cell signaling pathways involved in cancer development and progression. This antibody, produced in rabbits, shows high reactivity with human samples and is validated for Western blot applications. It specifically targets the CRK protein, allowing for precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types.CRK, an adaptor protein, is known to regulate cell migration, proliferation, and survival by interacting with various signaling molecules. Dysregulation of CRK has been implicated in various cancers, making it a promising target for cancer research.
By understanding the role of CRK in cell signaling pathways, researchers can gain insights into cancer progression and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. The CRK Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for investigating the function of CRK in cancer biology and beyond. Its specificity and reliability make it ideal for studies aimed at understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer development and identifying potential therapeutic strategies.

This gene encodes a member of an adapter protein family that binds to several tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. The product of this gene has several SH2 and SH3 domains (src-homology domains) and is involved in several signaling pathways, recruiting cytoplasmic proteins in the vicinity of tyrosine kinase through SH2-phosphotyrosine interaction. The N-terminal SH2 domain of this protein functions as a positive regulator of transformation whereas the C-terminal SH3 domain functions as a negative regulator of transformation. Two alternative transcripts encoding different isoforms with distinct biological activity have been described.
