The CoPE Polyclonal Antibody (CAB10047) is a specialized antibody designed for research involving CoPE, a crucial protein involved in immune regulation and immune homeostasis. This antibody is raised in rabbits and has high reactivity with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications. The CoPE antibody binds specifically to the CoPE protein, enabling accurate detection and analysis in various cell types.CoPE, also known as immune inhibitory regulator, plays a key role in modulating immune responses by regulating inflammation and inhibiting allergic reactions. Its importance in immune response modulation makes it a valuable target for research in immunology and cancer studies.
Understanding the function of CoPE is essential for developing innovative therapies that target or modulate immune function in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. In summary, the CoPE Polyclonal Antibody (CAB10047) is an essential tool for researchers looking to study the role of CoPE in immune regulation and immunity. Its high reactivity and specificity make it a reliable choice for Western blot applications, offering valuable insights into the function of CoPE in various cellular contexts.

The product of this gene is an epsilon subunit of coatomer protein complex. Coatomer is a cytosolic protein complex that binds to dilysine motifs and reversibly associates with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles. It is required for budding from Golgi membranes, and is essential for the retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins. Coatomer complex consists of at least the alpha, beta, beta', gamma, delta, epsilon and zeta subunits. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
