How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Live chat is staffed 8 AM - 6 PM GMT and out-of-hours messages are answered first thing the next working day.
Who will answer my technical question?
Our technical support is handled by a PhD-level scientific team, so you get answers from people who run these assays - not a generic call centre.
How do I place an order?
Order online, by email to orders@assaygenie.com, or by purchase order (find us as 'Assay Genie' or 'Reagent Genie Ireland Ltd' on your procurement system). You can also order through your local distributor.
Can I get a quote or bulk pricing?
Yes - email sales@assaygenie.com with the products and quantities you need and we'll send a formal quotation, including bulk and custom pricing where applicable.
Do you offer custom projects?
We do - custom ELISA, antibody, protein, multiplex and cell-line development. Mention your target and requirements and we'll connect you with the right specialist.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide to 80+ countries, directly or via distributors. Your order confirmation email includes an estimated delivery date.
