The COL4A3BP Polyclonal Antibody (CAB15376) is a valuable tool for researchers studying collagen type IV alpha-3 binding protein (COL4A3BP), a key player in various cellular processes such as cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards COL4A3BP in human samples, making it suitable for Western blot applications.COL4A3BP is involved in diverse biological functions, including regulation of cell growth and survival, as well as tumor progression and metastasis.
By targeting COL4A3BP, researchers can gain insights into its role in cancer development and potential therapeutic strategies. This antibody facilitates the detection and analysis of COL4A3BP in different cell types, making it an essential tool for investigations in cancer biology and cell signaling pathways.
Product Name:
COL4A3BP Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB15376
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 369-598 of human COL4A3BP (NP_112729.1).
This gene encodes a kinase that specifically phosphorylates the N-terminal region of the non-collagenous domain of the alpha 3 chain of type IV collagen, known as the Goodpasture antigen. Goodpasture disease is the result of an autoimmune response directed at this antigen. One isoform of this protein is also involved in ceramide intracellular transport. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
