The CEP104 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO60729) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the protein CEP104, which plays a crucial role in centriole biogenesis and cell division. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blotting and immunofluorescence.CEP104 is a key player in the formation and function of centrioles, which are essential for cell division and cilia formation. Dysregulation of CEP104 has been linked to ciliopathies and cancer, making it a promising target for drug development and therapeutic interventions.
By using the CEP104 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can investigate the expression and localization of CEP104 in different cell types, providing insights into its role in cellular processes and disease pathogenesis. This antibody offers a reliable tool for studying CEP104 in the context of cilia formation, cell division, and disease mechanisms. Its specificity and sensitivity make it an invaluable resource for researchers exploring the intricate functions of CEP104 and its implications for human health.

Recombinant Human Centrosomal protein of 104 kDa protein (151-239AA)
IHC image of PACO60729 diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human adrenal gland tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
