The CDKL3 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB16689) is a powerful tool for researchers studying CDKL3, a protein kinase that plays a key role in cell cycle regulation and cell proliferation. This antibody, produced in rabbits, demonstrates high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CDKL3 in human samples, making it a reliable choice for Western blot applications. By binding to the CDKL3 protein, this antibody allows for precise analysis and detection of the protein in various cell types, facilitating research in areas such as cell biology, cancer, and developmental biology.
CDKL3 is known for its involvement in regulating cell division and proliferation, making it a target of interest in cancer research and developmental biology studies. Understanding the function of CDKL3 can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying cell growth and division, with potential implications for therapeutic strategies targeting cancer and other proliferative disorders. The CDKL3 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers looking to expand their knowledge of CDKL3 and its role in cellular processes.

20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-120 of human CDKL3 (NP_001107047).
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of cyclin-dependent protein kinase (CDK) family. CDK family members are highly similar to the gene products of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cdc28, and Schizosaccharomyces pombe cdc2, and are known to be important regulators of cell cycle progression. This gene was identified as a gene absent in leukemic patients with chromosome 5q deletion. This loss may be an important determinant of dysmyelopoiesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
