The CDK2 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB0294) is a valuable tool for researchers studying cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), a key regulator of cell cycle progression and a potential target for cancer therapy. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for applications such as Western blot and immunohistochemistry.CDK2 is a critical enzyme involved in the regulation of cell division and proliferation, making it a target of interest in cancer research. By targeting CDK2 with this polyclonal antibody, researchers can accurately detect and analyze the expression levels of CDK2 in various cell types and tissues, providing valuable insights into the role of CDK2 in cancer development and progression.
Furthermore, the CDK2 Polyclonal Antibody is validated for use in a variety of experimental techniques, allowing for flexibility in research applications. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it a reliable tool for scientists studying the molecular mechanisms of cancer and exploring potential therapeutic targets within the CDK2 pathway.

This gene encodes a member of a family of serine/threonine protein kinases that participate in cell cycle regulation. The encoded protein is the catalytic subunit of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase complex, which regulates progression through the cell cycle. Activity of this protein is especially critical during the G1 to S phase transition. This protein associates with and regulated by other subunits of the complex including cyclin A or E, CDK inhibitor p21Cip1 (CDKN1A), and p27Kip1 (CDKN1B). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
