The CD70 Antigen Polyclonal Antibody (CAB2032) is specifically developed for research involving CD70, a cell surface protein known for its role in immune responses and the activation of T cells. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blotting.CD70, also referred to as TNFSF7, is a crucial molecule involved in T cell activation and proliferation, making it a key player in the immune response against pathogens and cancer cells. By targeting CD70, researchers can better understand the mechanisms underlying immune activation and potentially develop novel therapies for cancer and inflammatory diseases.
The CD70 Antigen Polyclonal Antibody enables the detection and analysis of CD70 protein expression in different cell types, making it an invaluable tool for studies in immunology, oncology, and autoimmune research. By investigating the function of CD70, researchers can gain deeper insights into immune regulation and potentially uncover new strategies for therapeutic intervention.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 47-126 of human CD70 (NP_001243.1).
The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin sythesis.
