The CD276 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB17216) is a valuable tool for researchers studying CD276, a protein involved in immune regulation and cancer biology. This antibody, produced in rabbits, shows high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the CD276 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of CD276 expression in various cell types, making it an ideal choice for immunology and cancer research studies.CD276, also known as B7-H3, plays a crucial role in immune regulation by modulating T cell responses and promoting tumor growth in certain cancers.
Its involvement in immune evasion and tumor progression highlights its potential as a therapeutic target for cancer treatment. Research on CD276 is essential for developing effective strategies to harness the immune system's anti-tumor response and enhance cancer immunotherapy.Overall, the CD276 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB17216) is a valuable tool for researchers aiming to understand the role of CD276 in immune regulation and cancer progression, ultimately paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic approaches in cancer treatment.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, and thought to participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. Studies show that while the transcript of this gene is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues and solid tumors, the protein is preferentially expressed only in tumor tissues. Additionally, it was observed that the 3' UTR of this transcript contains a target site for miR29 microRNA, and there is an inverse correlation between the expression of this protein and miR29 levels, suggesting regulation of expression of this gene product by miR29. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
