Description
CD276/B7-H3 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB21663)
The CD276 (B7-H3) Polyclonal Antibody (CAB21663) is a valuable tool for researchers studying CD276 (B7-H3), a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint proteins involved in immune regulation and tumor immune evasion. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for Western blot applications to detect and analyze CD276 expression in various cell types.CD276 (B7-H3) is known for its role in immune response modulation and has been implicated in the progression of various cancers, making it a promising target for cancer immunotherapy research.
By targeting CD276, researchers may be able to develop novel therapies that enhance anti-tumor immune responses and inhibit tumor growth. With its ability to specifically bind to CD276 (B7-H3) protein, the CAB21663 polyclonal antibody provides a reliable tool for studying the function of CD276 in immunology and cancer research. By understanding the mechanisms underlying CD276-mediated immune regulation, researchers can advance their knowledge of tumor immune evasion and potentially uncover new therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, and thought to participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. Studies show that while the transcript of this gene is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues and solid tumors, the protein is preferentially expressed only in tumor tissues. Additionally, it was observed that the 3' UTR of this transcript contains a target site for miR29 microRNA, and there is an inverse correlation between the expression of this protein and miR29 levels, suggesting regulation of expression of this gene product by miR29. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
