The CCNE2 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB14086) is a valuable tool for research involving CCNE2, a crucial player in cell cycle regulation and DNA replication. This polyclonal antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for detecting CCNE2 protein in human samples, making it an excellent choice for Western blot analysis.CCNE2, also known as Cyclin E2, is a key regulator of cell cycle progression, promoting cell cycle entry and progression through the G1/S phase transition. Dysregulation of CCNE2 has been linked to various cancers, making it a promising target for cancer research and drug development.
By targeting CCNE2, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms driving tumorigenesis and potentially develop targeted therapies for cancer treatment. This CCNE2 Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable tool for investigating the role of CCNE2 in cell cycle control, DNA replication, and cancer development. Its high reactivity and specificity make it a valuable asset for studies in cancer biology, cell biology, and drug discovery. Unlock the potential of CCNE2 research with this high-quality polyclonal antibody from AssayGenie.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 255-404 of human Cyclin E2 (NP_477097.1).
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family, whose members are characterized by a dramatic periodicity in protein abundance through the cell cycle. Cyclins function as regulators of CDK kinases. Different cyclins exhibit distinct expression and degradation patterns which contribute to the temporal coordination of each mitotic event. This cyclin forms a complex with and functions as a regulatory subunit of CDK2. This cyclin has been shown to specifically interact with CIP/KIP family of CDK inhibitors, and plays a role in cell cycle G1/S transition. The expression of this gene peaks at the G1-S phase and exhibits a pattern of tissue specificity distinct from that of cyclin E1. A significantly increased expression level of this gene was observed in tumor-derived cells.
