The CAMK2G Polyclonal Antibody is a powerful tool for researchers studying CAMK2G, a protein kinase involved in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and survival. This antibody is raised in rabbits and has been validated for use in Western blot applications with human samples. By binding specifically to the CAMK2G protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of CAMK2G in different cell types, making it an essential reagent for studies in molecular biology and cell signaling.CAMK2G plays a crucial role in signal transduction pathways and is implicated in the regulation of gene expression, synaptic plasticity, and neuronal development.
Its importance in these processes makes it a target of interest for research into neurological disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. Understanding the function of CAMK2G is essential for uncovering its potential therapeutic implications in these conditions.Overall, the CAMK2G Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable tool for studying the role of CAMK2G in cellular signaling and disease pathogenesis, providing valuable insights for the development of targeted therapeutic strategies.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 300-410 of human CAMK2G (NP_751909.1).
The product of this gene is one of the four subunits of an enzyme which belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family, and to the Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase subfamily. Calcium signaling is crucial for several aspects of plasticity at glutamatergic synapses. In mammalian cells the enzyme is composed of four different chains: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. The product of this gene is a gamma chain. Many alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different isoforms have been described but the full-length nature of all the variants has not been determined.
