The BSX Antibody (PAC060056) is a polyclonal antibody designed for research involving BSX, a transcription factor that plays a critical role in muscle development and metabolism. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and is validated for use in various applications such as Western blot and immunohistochemistry.BSX is known for its involvement in the regulation of skeletal muscle gene expression, making it a key player in muscle development and metabolism. Studies have shown that dysregulation of BSX expression is associated with muscle disorders and metabolic disease, making it a valuable target for research in these areas.
Researchers studying muscle biology, metabolic disorders, and gene regulation will find the BSX Antibody (PAC060056) to be a valuable tool for detecting and analyzing BSX protein expression in various cell types and tissues. By understanding the function of BSX, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying muscle development and metabolic regulation, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions in related diseases.

IHC image of PACO60056 diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human glioma performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
