The BST1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB9900) is a valuable tool for researchers studying BST1, a cell surface protein with implications in immune regulation and inflammation. Raised in rabbits, this antibody is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the BST1 protein, researchers can accurately detect and analyze its expression in various cell types.BST1, also known as Bone marrow stromal antigen 1, is involved in immune response modulation and has been linked to conditions such as autoimmune disorders and inflammatory diseases.
Understanding the function of BST1 is crucial for the development of targeted therapies that can manipulate immune responses in these disease contexts.Overall, the BST1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB9900) is a reliable tool for researchers interested in studying the role of BST1 in immunology and inflammatory conditions, providing valuable insights into potential therapeutic targets for a range of diseases.

Bone marrow stromal cell antigen-1 is a stromal cell line-derived glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored molecule that facilitates pre-B-cell growth. The deduced amino acid sequence exhibits 33% similarity with CD38. BST1 expression is enhanced in bone marrow stromal cell lines derived from patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The polyclonal B-cell abnormalities in rheumatoid arthritis may be, at least in part, attributed to BST1 overexpression in the stromal cell population.
